Applicable Law and Venue Musterklauseln
Applicable Law and Venue. 14.1 These General Terms and the entire legal relationship between the CONTRACTING PARTIES shall be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany excluding the U.N. Convention on the Sale of Goods.
14.2 Legal actions regarding all claims arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and the entire legal relationship between the CONTRACTING PARTIES may be brought only in a court of proper jurisdiction for the judicial district that includes THE PURCHASER'S registered office; THE PURCHASER is, however, entitled to bring suit against THE CONTRACTOR in any other venue the law provides.
Applicable Law and Venue. The legal relationship between the Purchaser and us is governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany under exclusion of all references to other legal provisions and international treaties. Application of the UN-CISG is precluded. Venue for all disputes is in the courts having jurisdiction over our registered offices. We are nevertheless entitled to proceed against the Purchaser in the courts having jurisdiction over him or her, as well.
