Audit Planning. (DIN EN ISO 9001 / IATF 16949: Ch. 9.2) An audit plan must be drawn up by the supplier, which specifies the regular performance and scope of internal product and process audits. In the automotive supply chain, VDA Volume 6 Part 5 [12] or VDA Volume 6 Part 3 [11] or equivalent procedures must be applied. Audits at sub- suppliers are to be taken into account. BENTELER reserves the right to carry out audits at the supplier's premises based on process or product (see section 1.3).
