Confidentiality, Information Handling and Cyber Security. The Client and the Freight Forwarder undertake to treat as confidential any information they receive from each other. Each party has to ensure that their employees and advisors adhere to the obligations set out above. The Client and the Freight Forwarder shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the information security of the services, the storage and the use of the information processed in their information system, as well as to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the content of the data. The access to and the use of the information systems of the Client and the Freight Forwarder must be used in a manner that does not compromise the security of the information systems. The parties shall take reasonable care in complying with such obligation, which also applies after the performance of the contract, taking into account available technology and the associated risks and costs.
