Consequences of Default. If the full down payment/balance or total amount is not received within the deadlines stated on the booking confirmation/invoice (see above) and if this is not paid even after a request with a deadline and a threat of refusal, the MSM Gruppe and its agents are entitled to demand the full carriage charge or the outstanding partial amount by means of a reminder procedure or by taking legal action. Furthermore, the MSM Gruppe and its agents are entitled to charge an increased fare amounting to twice the current daily fare for the respective travel date if the fare has not been paid in advance.
