Disbursement Musterklauseln

Disbursement. 7.1. Upon acceptance of the Loan Application, the Customer shall receive the agreed Loan amount in Euro (€) via bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Customer and held in the Customer's own name. Ferratum shall have the right to pay a Loan to the Customer via other means. In such case Ferratum shall have the right to request additional information and to require the Customer to provide documentation verifying identity, residential address and other information prior to providing the Loan to the Customer. Information on the receipt of the Loan via other means may be received by calling the offices of Ferratum or from the Website.
