Goods-Testing and Acceptance. (a) If an acceptance of our products/services under special test conditions has been agreed, the acceptance must be carried out by the customer or his representative in our works. The customer bears the costs for acceptance. If the customer fails to carry out this check, the goods are deemed to have been delivered in accordance with the contract when they leave our works.
