The organizer excludes liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided that these do not have any material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) or damage from injury to life, limb or health. In this case, the amount of the damage claims is limited to the typical foreseeable damage when the contract was concluded. the same applies to breaches of duty by vicarious agents of the organizer. In this context, the organizer is also not liable for compensation for indirect damage, in particular not for lost profit.
