PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS. Sellers and Purchaser will consult before issuing any press release or otherwise making any public statement with respect to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby and, except as required by law or any other regulatory authority, shall not issue any such press release or make any such public statement prior to such consultation and without the other party's prior written approval such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
