Special Designs Musterklauseln
Special Designs. If we produce special designs according to the Purchaser’s concept, or according to his or her data, drawings, etc., the Purchaser shall be liable to ensure that no third-party intellectual property rights are infringed thereby. With respect to his or her obligations under sentence 1, the Purchaser shall indemnify us for all claims - including the costs of legal defense - upon our first demand therefor.
Special Designs. When orders are placed with us, which involve a special design, we shall be entitled to fix a minimum purchase volume with reasonable tolerances.
