The Term A Borrowing shall consist of Term A Advances made simultaneously by the Term A Lenders ratably according to their Term A Commitments.

So long as the obligation of any Lender to make Eurodollar Rate Advances has been suspended under this Section 2.13, all Notices of A Borrowing specifying A Advances of such Type shall be deemed, as to such Lender, to be requests for Base Rate Advances.
