A Firefighter Sample Clauses
A Firefighter. EMT who submits their certification by the State of Florida as a Paramedic will be automatically transitioned into a Firefighter/Paramedic position. Failure to maintain State Paramedic certification or COUNTY medical director clearance will result in failure to meet the minimum requirements of the Firefighter/Paramedic position and therefore the UNIT member will be demoted to a vacant Firefighter/EMT position. If no Firefighter/EMT position is vacant, UNIT member will be terminated from employment with COUNTY.
