  • The Company owns, directly or indirectly, as of the date of this Agreement, approximately 8.94% of the outstanding equity interests in Tanker Investments Ltd.

  • Such transfers shall be made in cash, Abbott Common Shares, shares of AbbVie Common Stock, promissory notes evidencing outstanding loans and other Assets or any combination thereof in cash or in kind, as instructed by the applicable AbbVie PR Savings Plan fiduciary.

  • The notional shares of AbbVie Common Stock so credited shall be subject to substantially the same terms and conditions that apply to the Common Stock Units, except that they shall relate to shares of AbbVie Common Stock rather than to Abbott Common Shares.

  • Such transfers shall be made in cash, Abbott Common Shares, shares of AbbVie Common Stock, promissory notes evidencing outstanding loans and other Assets or any combination thereof in cash or in kind, as instructed by the Abbott SRP Investment Committee.
