ABL Debt definition

ABL Debt means the “Obligations” as defined in the ABL Debt Documents.
ABL Debt means (1) any Indebtedness outstanding from time to time under the ABL Credit Agreement, (2) all obligations with respect to such Indebtedness and any Swap Contract incurred with any ABL Lender (or its Affiliates) and secured by the ABL Facility Collateral and (3) all Treasury Services Agreement incurred with any ABL Lender (or its Affiliates) and secured by the ABL Facility Collateral.
ABL Debt means any (1) Indebtedness outstanding from time to time under any ABL Credit Agreement, (2) all obligations with respect to such Indebtedness and any Hedging Obligations incurred with any ABL Lender (or its Affiliates) and secured by the ABL Collateral and (3) all Bank Products incurred with any ABL Lender (or its Affiliates) and secured by the ABL Collateral.

  • Use of Proceeds: Repay all obligations under the ABL Debt, with remaining amounts to be used for the payment of currently outstanding trade payables and any excess used for general corporate purposes.

More Definitions of ABL Debt

ABL Debt means Funded Debt and letter of credit and reimbursement obligations with respect thereto incurred by the Issuer or any of the Subsidiary Guarantors under Section 4.03(b)(i)(x) that is secured by an ABL Lien that is permitted to be incurred and so secured under each applicable Secured Debt Document.
