ABL Exit Facility Lenders means those lenders party to the ABL Exit Facility Credit Agreement.

  • New Credit Facility is defined in Section 9.8.

  • Revolving Facility Lender means a Lender (including an Incremental Revolving Facility Lender) with a Revolving Facility Commitment or with outstanding Revolving Facility Loans.

  • Refinancing Revolving Lender has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.26(a).
