AC Upgrades definition

AC Upgrades means any additions, upgrades, reinforcements or other modifications to the New England Transmission System that ISO-NE determines, pursuant to Section I.3.9 of the ISO-NE Tariff, to be required, at a minimum, to interconnect the NECEC Transmission Line at the Delivery Point with the New England Transmission System.
AC Upgrades means, collectively, (a) any additions, upgrades, reinforcements or other modifications to the New England Transmission System that ISO-NE determines pursuant to Section I.3.9 of the ISO-NE Tariff to be required, at a minimum, to interconnect the Northern Pass Transmission Line at the Delivery Point with the New England Transmission System and (b) any such other additions, upgrades, reinforcements or modifications that are (i) identified as part of the transmission project interconnection review by ISO-NE of the Northern Pass Transmission Line in connection with the Section I.3.9 process that Purchaser desires to be constructed and (ii) described in a written notice given by Purchaser to Owner within sixty (60) days after the issuance by ISO-NE of the final Section I.3.9 report. The facilities designated as AC Upgrades may be subject to change in accordance with Section 8.6(g)(iii).
AC Upgrades means any additions, upgrades, reinforcements or other modifications to the New England Transmission System that ISO-NE determines, pursuant to Section I.3.9 of the ISO-NE Tariff, to be required, at a minimum, to interconnect the NECEC Transmission Line at the Delivery Point with the New England Transmission System, all as set forth in Attachment A.”

Examples of AC Upgrades in a sentence

  • Except for the 8-K Filing, any Registration Statement required to be filed pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement or as otherwise required by law, without the prior written consent of any applicable Buyer, neither the Issuer nor any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates shall disclose the name of such Buyer in any filing, announcement, release or otherwise.

  • Pre-COD Expenses will equal the total amortization expense related to those costs incurred by Owner before the Commercial Operation Date that are not included in FERC Account No. 107 – Construction Work in Progress (including the costs associated with AC Upgrades that are placed in service before the Commercial Operation Date), plus the Carrying Charges on these amounts from the date such costs are incurred until the Commercial Operation Date, as recorded in the appropriate FERC Account.

Related to AC Upgrades

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Local Upgrades means modifications or additions of facilities to ▇▇▇▇▇ any local thermal loading, voltage, short circuit, stability or similar engineering problem caused by the interconnection and delivery of generation to the Transmission System. Local Upgrades shall include:

  • Upgrades means all new versions and releases of, and bug fixes, error corrections, Workarounds, updates, upgrades, modifications, patches for, the Licensed Software, Deliverables, Documentation, or any other portion of the Work.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, Deliverability Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Transmission/Distribution Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric system is not part of the CAISO Grid.
