Network Upgrades definition

Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:
Network Upgrades has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Network Upgrades means any upgrades to the Pool Transmission Facilities and the Transmission Provider’s transmission and distribution systems, including any System Modifications under the Interconnection Agreement, necessary for Delivery of the Energy to the Delivery Point, including those that are necessary for the Facility’s Capacity to be recognized as a Capacity Resource pursuant to the ISO-NE Rules.

  • Any repayment shall include interest calculated in accordance with the methodology set forth in FERC’s regulations at 18 C.F.R. §35.19a(a)(2)(iii) from the date of any payment for Network Upgrades through the date on which the Interconnection Customer receives a repayment of such payment.

More Definitions of Network Upgrades

Network Upgrades means those facilities located beyond the point of interconnection of the generating facility to the transmission grid.
