Network Upgrades definition

Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:
Network Upgrades has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Network Upgrades means upgrades to the Pool Transmission Facilities and all Transmission Providers’ transmission and distribution systems, as determined and identified in the interconnection study approved in connection with construction of the Facility, necessary for Delivery of the Energy to the Delivery Point, including those that are necessary for Seller’s satisfaction of the obligations under Sections 3.6(a) and 3.7 of this Agreement and those that are included in Exhibit F.

Examples of Network Upgrades in a sentence

  • Interconnection Customer assumes all risk and liabilities with respect to the Provisional Interconnection Service, including changes in output limits and Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities cost responsibilities.

  • These Costs may include, but are not limited to, an Attachment Facilities charge, a Local Upgrades charge, a Network Upgrades charge and other charges.

  • The required additional Security shall be in an amount equal to the amount necessary to gross up fully for currently applicable federal and state income taxes the estimated Costs of Local Upgrades and Network Upgrades for which Interconnection Customer previously provided Security.

  • Upon the request of Interconnection Customer, and prior to completion of requisite Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities Interconnection Customer may request limited Interconnection Service at the discretion of Transmission Provider based upon an evaluation that will consider the results of available studies, which terms shall be memorialized in the Interconnection Service Agreement.


More Definitions of Network Upgrades

Network Upgrades means those facilities located beyond the point of interconnection of the generating facility to the transmission grid.
Network Upgrades has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff. “Network Upgrades Cap” has the meaning set forth in Section 13.9.1.1.
Network Upgrades means the additions, modifications and upgrades required at or beyond the Electric Interconnection Point to accommodate Full Deliverability.
Network Upgrades means any upgrades to the Pool Transmission Facilities and the Transmission Provider’s transmission and distribution systems, including any System Modifications under the Interconnection Agreement, necessary for Delivery of the Energy to the Delivery Point, including those that are necessary for the Facility’s Capacity to be recognized as a Capacity Resource pursuant to the ISO-NE Rules.
Network Upgrades means all apparatus, modifications, and additions to the Transmission Owner’s electric system, the New York Transmission System or, if applicable, an affected system, that is required at or beyond the Interconnection Point that are required for the Project to connect reliably to the New York Transmission System.
Network Upgrades means all additions, improvements and upgrades to the network facilities, as defined by the Transmission System Code, for the connection of the Facility, as more particularly specified pursuant to the System Impact Assessment, Customer Impact Assessment and Transmission System Code for generator or storage connections.
