ACA Expansion Enrollees definition

ACA Expansion Enrollees means individuals less than 65 years of age with income below one hundred thirty eight percent (138%) of the federal poverty level and former xxxxxx children up to the age of twenty-six (26) and who were not previously eligible under Title XIX of the Social Security Act prior to the passage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).   • HMO means health maintenance organization.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.
