ACC SERVICE AREA definition

ACC SERVICE AREA means the geographic area in which ACC and those of its Affiliates now or hereafter listed on Schedule 2 provide Service.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.
