Accelerated Payment Amount Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the excess, if any, on such Distribution Date of the Pro Forma Note Balance for such Distribution Date over the Required Pro Forma Note Balance for such Distribution Date over (ii) the excess of amount of Available Funds (but net of any net Investment Earnings on deposit in the Collection Account) on such Distribution Date over the amounts payable on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.7(b)(i) through (vi).
Accelerated Payment Amount Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the greater of (a) the excess, if any, on such Distribution Date of the Pro Forma Note Balance for such Distribution Date over the Required Pro Forma Note Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount necessary (after taking into account the distributions to be made on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.7(b)(i) through (vi)) to reduce the principal balance of the Class A-1 Notes to zero, over (ii) the excess of amount of Available Funds (but net of any net Investment Earnings on deposit in the Collection Account) on such Distribution Date over the amounts payable on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.7(b)(i) through (vi).
