Class A-1 Notes definition

Class A-1 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-1 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

• The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2a Notes, Class A-2b Notes, Class A-3 Notes, Class A-4 Notes and Class B Notes outstanding at any time may not exceed such respective amounts, except as provided in Section 2.05.

Class A-1 Notes means the 2.55700% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-1, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 0.62000% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 Notes (as defined in the Indenture).

Class A-1 Notes means the [__]% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-1, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.
