ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION means a current valid New Jersey Driver’s License or Identification Card, a current valid photo driver’s license issued by another US state, a valid United States Passport, or other verifiable US Government issued identification, which will be recorded on the receipt retained by the dealer and subsequently forwarded to the local police department on request.

ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION has the meaning given to that term in the Energy Coordination (Customer Contracts) Regulations 2004 (WA). Australian Consumer Law has the same meaning as in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

The employee completing the transaction needs to make sure that the photograph appears to be the seller who is presenting the identification and from whom the secondhand goods are being purchased.
ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION means either a valid South African Identity Document (S.A. I.D. Book or Smart Card) South African Driver's Licence or passport.
