Acceptable Use Guidelines the guidelines set out in Schedule 2 of this Agreement and as may be updated and made available to Customers from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; Acquirer: the financial institution that provides acquiring services to the Customer; Bank Account: the bank account that the Customer specifies to receive its Payout Amounts; Business Day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but not a Bank or Public Holiday; Card: an account, or evidence of an account, authorised and established between a Customer and a Network, or representatives or members of a Network that Customer accepts from Customers as payment for a good or service.
