Acceptance Procedures definition

Acceptance Procedures means the procedure of that name as specified in Schedule 2-5.
Acceptance Procedures means the acceptance procedures in respect of the Equipment which shall include functionality tests, and specified in Schedule 2, Appendix 3 and the Order.
Acceptance Procedures means the criteria, process and procedures for the Purchaser to establish to its satisfaction that development of the Software and any Software Implementation Services appear to have achieved the required standards for the Purchaser’s acceptance set out in the Specification of Requirements;

Examples of Acceptance Procedures in a sentence

  • To the extent that any Ordered IT Product under this Contract are interdependent on any other Ordered IT Product(s), then (unless agreed otherwise in the Payment Profile) no payment shall be due in respect of any such Ordered IT Product until they are all agreed to be ready for service following passing of the applicable Acceptance Procedures.

  • This Schedule specifies the Acceptance Procedures and the Acceptance Test Criteria to be used in the acceptance of the Ordered IT Products.

  • The CONTRACTOR shall, during the Acceptance Test Period, make available the Ordered IT Products to the CUSTOMER (including any products supplied by the CONTRACTOR necessary to enable the provision of those Ordered IT Products) for the Acceptance Procedures to be performed.

  • The Acceptance Procedures set out in paragraph 2 of this Schedule shall apply to each of the phases of testing set out in paragraph 3 of this Schedule (unless stated otherwise in paragraph 3).

  • The Acceptance Procedures shall be recorded as unsuccessful and the CONTRACTOR notified accordingly where any of the Acceptance Test Criteria are not met.

Acceptance Procedures means the procedures for acceptance of Deliverables as set out in Schedule 2;

Acceptance Procedures means the Manufacture Location Testing Protocols with respect to all Units and the Frac Site Testing Protocols with respect to the first two (2) Units, in each case as set forth on Exhibit “E”.
Acceptance Procedures means the Quality Reviews, Acceptance Trials and Trial Evaluations specified in Schedules 4 and 5.
