Acceptance Process definition

Acceptance Process means the method by which we require you to sign the Agreement to accept our offer of the Facility and to be bound by the Agreement. The Accep- tance Process is set out in the Acceptance Section of the Acceptance Pages.

Acceptance Process means the process for progressive acceptance of Sets into revenue-earning passenger service and dealing with outstanding matters specified in Part A (Testing and Acceptance) of Schedule 2 (Introduction into Service) (and including Appendix B (Fault Free Running Conditions) thereto);

Acceptance Process means the process to accept applications for registration on the Métis Nation Register, as established herein, and administered by the respective MNC Provincial Governing Member jointly with the MNC, all as amended from time to time.

• Should it be established that the Aircraft does not comply with the Technical Acceptance Process requirements, the Seller shall without hindrance from the Buyer be entitled to carry out any necessary changes and, as soon as practicable thereafter, resubmit the Aircraft to such further Technical Acceptance Process as is necessary to demonstrate the elimination of the non-compliance.

• Completion of the Technical Acceptance Process shall demonstrate the satisfactory functioning of the Aircraft and shall be deemed to demonstrate compliance with the Specification.

• Supplier Software shall be deemed accepted as part of the Technical Acceptance Process set out in Clause 8 of the Agreement.
