RFP Process definition

RFP Process or “Bidding Process” means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the Bids as set out in the RFP itself;

RFP Process means the process of selecting buyers of Gas from the Gas Fields provided in the Request for Proposal No. RFP/KGD6/2022/001 (AMENDMENT) issued by the Sellers dated 09 March 2023.

RFP Process means the overall process for the selection of a Preferred Bidder for the Services including, but not limited to, this RFP.

• In addition to all of the Province’s other remedies, if a selected Proponent fails to execute the Agreement or satisfy any other applicable conditions within fifteen (15) days of notice of selection, the Province may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without incurring any liability, withdraw the selection of that Proponent and proceed with the selection of another Proponent or cancel the RFP Process.

• Once an agreement is finalized and executed by the Province with a Proponent, the other Proponents will be notified in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the RFP Process (Part 3).

• PRASA views fairness and transparency during the RFP Process as an absolute on which PRASA will not compromise.

More Definitions of RFP Process

RFP Process means entire selection process comprising of issue of ‘Notice Inviting Tender’ to signing of contract in response to RFP.
