Acceptance Test definition

Acceptance Test is a test of the Features executed by the Customer to prepare the acceptance.
Acceptance Test means a test to be conducted in accordance of the provisions of Schedule 2-5 and “Acceptance Tests” shall be construed accordingly.

Attachment N (Acceptance Test General Criteria) provides general criteria to be included in the written protocol for the Acceptance Test. Successful completion of the Acceptance Test shall be a condition precedent for the performance of the Control System Acceptance Test and the Commercial Operations Date.

Acceptance Test means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification for the purpose of issuing the “Acceptance Certificate”.
