Access Group C Countries definition

Access Group C Countries means the countries listed on Schedule 1.65 C attached to this Amendment. Gilead may only amend Schedule 1.65 C to add such country upon prior written approval by JT and in accordance with any applicable requirements set forth in Section 2.8 of this Amendment.
Access Group C Countries shall have the meaning set forth on Schedule 1.2C, as may be modified pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with Paragraph 4 of Schedule 6.2.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter.
