Access Tract definition

Access Tract means the ____ square feet of land located _____________ (where) and described in metes and bounds and accompanying sketch attached and incorporated respectively as Exhibits 1 and 2.
Access Tract means the land located as 30’ Access & Utilities Easement described in metes and bounds on the plan.

  • Neither said mortgage nor this consent shall extend to or affect the interest of Landlord as lessor, or its reversionary interest under this Lease, or the estate of Landlord in any to any land or building and improvements now or hereafter erected on the Leased Premises or the Access Tract.

  • Tenant shall not commit or suffer to be committed either any waste upon the Leased Premises or the Access Tract, or any nuisance or other act or thing which may either disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in the Biloxi Waterfront-Point Cadet Project or which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any person within five hundred (500) feet of the boundaries of the Biloxi Waterfront-Point Cadet Project.

  • Common Area Manager shall reasonably allocate Taxes, insurance premiums, and other Expenses for the Tower I Tract and the Access Tract to the Access Tract, Loading Dock Tract, Loading Dock Access Area, Roof Terrace, Tower II Skybridge, and Hotel/Tower I Canopy.

  • Hotel/Condo Owner shall have no right to use the Access Tract or the Parking Tract for any purpose related to the construction of the Hotel/Condo Improvements and all development and/or construction staging for any Hotel/Condo Improvements shall be located on the Hotel/Condo Tract.
