Access Tract definition

Access Tract means the ____ square feet of land located _____________ (where) and described in metes and bounds and accompanying sketch attached and incorporated respectively as Exhibits 1 and 2.
Access Tract means the land located as 30’ Access & Utilities Easement described in metes and bounds on the plan.

  • It is further understood and agreed, however, that neither such subordination of Landlord’s interest, nor any foreclosure of any such mortgage or deed of trust, shall affect Tenant’s right to continue in possession of the Leased Premises or use of the Access Tract under the terms of this Lease so long as Tenant shall not default in the performance of Tenant’s obligations hereunder.

  • Tenant shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, including, but not limited to, taxes on Tenant’s leasehold interest, all improvements located on the Leased Premises and the Access Tract, and all personal property of Tenant and its licensees, concessionaires, assigns and subtenants, which may be levied or assessed against such property and the Leased Premises and the Access Tract by any lawful authority.
