Accordion Facility Proportion means, in relation to the Proposed Facility Size, the proportion borne from time to time by a Participating Xxxxxx’s proposed Accordion Facility Commitment to the Proposed Facility Size.

  • Incremental Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).
