Accordion Increase Confirmation definition

Accordion Increase Confirmation means a confirmation substantially in the form set out in Schedule 11 (Form of Accordion Increase Confirmation).

  • Increase Confirmation means a confirmation substantially in the form set out in Schedule 12 (Form of Increase Confirmation).
