Examples of Account Deposit Date in a sentence
Any such deposit by the Master Servicer shall be made on the Certificate Account Deposit Date next preceding the Distribution Date which occurs in the month following the month in which payments under any such policy would have been deposited in the Custodial Account.
With respect to any Mortgage Loan that does not have a first payment date on or before the Due Date in the month of the first Distribution Date, the Seller shall deposit into the Distribution Account on the first Distribution Account Deposit Date an amount equal to one month's interest at the related Adjusted Mortgage Rate on the Cut-off Date Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan.
If the Seller shall fail to deposit such amount by the first Distribution Account Deposit Date, the Trustee shall deposit such amount.
On each Distribution Account Deposit Date, the Servicers shall remit to the Securities Administrator for deposit into the Distribution Account, all amounts so required to be deposited into such account in accordance with the terms of the related Purchase and Servicing Agreements.

If a Prepayment Charge is waived, but does not meet the standards described above, then the Master Servicer is required to pay the amount of such waived Prepayment Charge, for the benefit of the Class P Certificates, by remitting such amount to the Trustee by the Distribution Account Deposit Date.
If the Master Servicer deems an advance to be a Nonrecoverable Advance, on the Distribution Account Deposit Date, the Master Servicer shall present an Officer's Certificate to the Trustee (i) stating that the Master Servicer elects not to make a Monthly Advance in a stated amount and (ii) detailing the reason it deems the advance to be a Nonrecoverable Advance.
On each Certificate Account Deposit Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee for deposit in the Certificate Account from its own funds and without any right of reimbursement therefor, a total amount equal to the amount of Compensating Interest for the related Distribution Date.
