Eligible Deposit Account definition

Eligible Deposit Account means either (a) a segregated account with an Eligible Institution or (b) a segregated trust account with the corporate trust department of a depository institution organized under the laws of the United States of America or any one of the states thereof or the District of Columbia (or any domestic branch of a foreign bank), having corporate trust powers and acting as trustee for funds deposited in such account, so long as any of the securities of such depository institution shall have a credit rating from each Rating Agency in one of its generic rating categories that signifies investment grade.
Eligible Deposit Account. An account that is maintained with a federal or state-chartered depository institution or trust company that complies with the definition of Eligible Institution.
Eligible Deposit Account means either (a) a segregated non-interest bearing trust account with an Eligible Institution or (b) a segregated non-interest bearing trust account with the corporate trust department of a depository institution organized under the laws of the United States or any one of the states thereof, including the District of Columbia (or any domestic branch of a foreign bank), and acting as a trustee for funds deposited in such account, so long as any of the securities of such depository institution shall have a credit rating from a nationally recognized rating agency in one of its generic credit rating categories which signifies investment grade.

  • In connection with the foregoing, the Servicer agrees that, in the event that any of the Trust Accounts are not accounts with the Trust Collateral Agent, the Servicer shall notify the Trust Collateral Agent in writing promptly upon any of such Trust Accounts ceasing to be an Eligible Deposit Account.

  • Each Escrow Account shall be an Eligible Deposit Account established with an Eligible Institution in a manner that shall provide maximum available insurance thereunder.
