Data Subject Rights Service Provider shall promptly notify Us if any Contracted Processor receives a request from an Individual under Applicable Law with respect to Personal Information and ensure that the Contracted Processor does not respond to that request except on Our documented instructions or as required by Applicable Law, in which case Service Provider shall to the extent permitted by Applicable Law inform Us of that legal requirement before responding to the request.
