Account Suspension. If Teraverde has reason to believe that an End User does not comply with the XXXX, Teraverde reserves the right to modify a User ID or Password, suspend or close an End User Account, or otherwise terminate End User’s ability to use SpeedPath .
Account Suspension means your account will be placed on a ‘hold’ status, for whatever reason stipulated in these terms and conditions or any other terms and conditions applicable to your relationship with the Bank, and you will not be able to perform any transaction;
