Account Terms definition

Account Terms means the Terms and Conditions of the Account;

The Depo Bank will be compensated by the Issuer for services rendered hereunder in accordance with the Issuance Account Terms.
If there’s a difference in respect of other aspects of Your Account, then Conditions in Your Account Terms shall apply.
As between the Depo Bank and the Issuer, the Issuance Account Terms will apply with respect to any losses or liabilities of such Parties arising out of the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds or this Agreement.

Account Terms means the terms and conditions governing the accounts maintained with, and the basic banking and financial services provided by, the Bank or any other Bank Group Member from time to time;

Account Terms means the terms and conditions of the relevant Account(s) and/or Third Party Account(s) which may be accessed through the Internet Banking Services.

Account Terms means the terms and conditions of the account(s) that the Principal maintains with the Agent, as varied from time to time.

Account Terms means the financial terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders with respect to PLCC Accounts or Co-Brand Accounts, as applicable, including finance charge rates and other charges with respect to Accounts, grace periods and fees. The Account Terms as of the Effective Date with respect to the PLCC Program are set forth on Schedule 2.3(a).
