Account Terms definition
Account Terms means the General Terms and Conditions Governing Accounts and Services, set out in Part B of the Terms and Conditions.
Account Terms means the New Account Terms or Purchased Account Terms, as applicable, as such may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

The manner in which the items are cleared, presented for payment, and collected shall be in CU's sole discretion subject to the Deposit Account Terms & Conditions governing your account.
