Examples of Accrual Classes in a sentence

  • Except as provided below in the case of the Accrual Classes, interest on each Class of interest-bearing Trust Fund Certificates for the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Interest Rate shall be distributed on each applicable Distribution Date.

  • Interest accrued on each Class of Lower Tier Regular Classes for the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Interest Rate shall be distributed on each applicable Distribution Date, except as specified below in the case of the Lower Tier Accrual Classes.

  • On each Distribution Date, except as provided below with respect to the Lower Tier Accrual Classes, the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon shall be applied, first, to the distribution of interest accrued on each applicable Class of Lower Tier Regular Classes during the preceding Interest Accrual Period at the per annum rate specified on the Lower Tier Schedule and, second, to the principal thereof as described below.

  • Interest accrued with respect to the Accrual Classes during any Interest Accrual Period shall not be distributed thereon as interest but instead shall be added to the Class Balances thereof on the related Distribution Date.

  • On each Distribution Date, except as provided below with respect to the Lower Tier Accrual Classes, the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon shall be applied first to the distribution of interest accrued on each applicable Class of Lower Tier Regular Classes during the preceding Interest Accrual Period at the per annum rate specified on the Lower Tier Schedule and second to the principal thereof as described below.

The Class A-PO Certificates have no Interest Accrual Amount. As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class B Certificates, an amount equal to (i) the product of 1/12th of the Class B Pass-Through Rate and the Principal Balance of such Class as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date minus (ii) the Class B Interest Percentage of such Class of (x) any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated to the Class B Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date and (y) the interest portion of any Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses allocated to the Class B Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e).

  • Class X-A Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-A Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-A Components.

  • Original Class B-6 Principal Balance The Class B-6 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Scheduled Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class B-4 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-4 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-4 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-4 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Original Class B-5 Principal Balance The Class B-5 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Class A Interest Accrual Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Interest Accrual Amounts for the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Class X-B Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-B Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-B Components.
