Examples of ACH Failure in a sentence
In the event any payment is not paid on the scheduled payment date (or promptly following resolution of an ACH Failure (and in no event later than three (3) Business Days of the scheduled payment date); provided that such late payment is due to an ACH Failure), an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the past due amount shall be payable on demand.
