ACP Termination definition

ACP Termination means a decision by the Issuer (as reflected in a public announcement or a decision by its Board of Directors) to abandon or terminate all activities under the American Centrifuge Project or to permanently wind down, demobilize or suspend all such activities.

Related to ACP Termination

  • Normal Termination means termination of employment or service with the Company and Affiliates: (i) by the Optionee; (ii) upon retirement; (iii) on account of death or Disability; or (iv) by the Company, a Subsidiary or Affiliate without Cause.

  • Good Reason Termination means a termination of employment or service initiated by the Participant upon or after a Change of Control upon one or more of the following events:

  • Post-Termination Period means the twelve (12) month period beginning on the Termination Date.

  • Automatic Termination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.2.

  • Voluntary Termination means termination by the Employee of the Employee's employment with the Company, excluding termination by reason of Employee's death or disability as described in Sections 2.5 and 2.6.
