Acquired Units definition
Acquired Units means the Units acquired by the Corporate Taxpayer in the Reorganization.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, all amounts payable to a Blocker Shareholder (with respect to the Acquired Units) in respect of IPO Basis shall be paid to such Blocker Shareholder as such amounts become due and payable hereunder and no amounts payable to a Blocker Shareholder shall be held back pursuant to the first sentence of this Section 3.6. Acquired Units is defined in Section 3.1.
