Examples of Company Units in a sentence
A member's interests in the Company ("Units") shall for all purposes be personal property.
The Managing Member shall from time to time update the Register as necessary to accurately reflect the information therein, including as a result of any sales, exchanges or other Transfers, or any redemptions, issuances or similar events involving Company Units.
The Company hereby irrevocably elects that all Company Units in the Company shall be securities governed by Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
Any distribution declared by the Board shall be paid to the Members in proportion to their Company Units.
Except upon a Transfer of all of its Company Units in accordance with this Agreement, a Member may not resign from the Company prior to the dissolution and winding up of the Company.
