Acquiror Certificate definition

Acquiror Certificate means the Certificate of Incorporation of the Acquiror, as amended.
Acquiror Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b)(iv).
Acquiror Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05.
