Acquiror Organizational Documents definition

Acquiror Organizational Documents means the Certificate of Incorporation and Acquiror’s bylaws, as amended and in effect on the date hereof.
Acquiror Organizational Documents means the Certificate of Incorporation and Acquiror’s bylaws, in each case as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Acquiror Organizational Documents means the Articles of Association and Acquiror’s memorandum of association, in each case as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • As of the Effective Time, the obligations of Acquiror to dissolve or liquidate pursuant to the Acquiror Organizational Documents shall terminate, and, as of the Effective Time, Acquiror shall have no obligation whatsoever pursuant to the Acquiror Organizational Documents to dissolve and liquidate the assets of Acquiror by reason of the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

More Definitions of Acquiror Organizational Documents

Acquiror Organizational Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6.
Acquiror Organizational Documents means the Acquiror Articles of Association and the Trust Agreement.
