Acquisition Equity definition

Acquisition Equity with respect to a Person means the amount of such Person's equity capital invested in an Acquisition Transaction or Affiliate Acquisition Transaction as of the ninetieth day after the consummation of such Acquisition Transaction or Affiliate Acquisition Transaction.
