  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Purchaser acknowledges that to the extent such knowledge relates to the Project and the Project Owners, the knowledge of the Seller PSA Entities on the date hereof and as of the Closing Date, shall be deemed to refer to the knowledge that a Person would acquire based on the conduct and review of legal, technical and financial due diligence on the Project and the Project Owners customary in scope for a transaction similar to the Acquisition Transaction.
