Actionable nematode pest definition

Actionable nematode pest means any nematode pest that the Associate Director has determined to be an imminent threat to agriculture and horticulture within the state. Table 3 includes, but is not limited to, nematode pests that would require immediate action and are prohibited from entry into the state.

  • fissionable substance means any prescribed substance that is, or from which can be obtained, a substance capable of releasing atomic energy by nuclear fission.

The term includes contaminated storm water and leachate from solid waste facilities.

  • Radioactive material means any solid, liquid, or gas which emits radiation spontaneously.
