Active Substructure definition

Active Substructure means the [ * ] structure that is [ * ] of a Compound or Compound Derivative and which has been identified or confirmed against antibacterial or antifungal screens under the Work Plan.
Active Substructure means the minimum pharmacophore that is responsible for the activity of a Lead Compound or Analog.
