Activity Reports definition

Activity Reports mean written reports of Activities transacted in or for any of your clearance accounts maintained by ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, including trades or other transactions reported to ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for clearance or booking, trades executed by a ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Entity and journal entries processed by ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Activity Reports. All information provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ in online or telephonic downline activity reports, including but not limited to personal and group sales volume (or any part thereof), downline sponsoring activity, and other information is believed to be accurate and reliable. Nevertheless, due to various factors including the inherent possibility of human and mechanical error; the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of orders; denial of credit card and electronic check payments; returned products; credit card and electronic check charge-backs; the information is not guaranteed by ▇▇▇▇▇ or any persons creating or transmitting the information.

Examples of Activity Reports in a sentence

  • Have the ability to report activity and accomplishments using a HUD 9902, upload information into MATT 2.0 including HEP Time and Activity Reports, as well as documents (e.g. invoices) in accordance with Authority/HUD requirements.

  • Feasibility Report means a detailed written report of the results of a comprehensive study on the economic feasibility of placing the Property or a portion thereof into Commercial Production and shall include a reasonable assessment of the mineral ore reserves and their amenability to metallurgical treatment, a description of the work, equipment and supplies required to bring the Property or a portion thereof into Commercial Production and the estimated cost thereof, a description of the mining methods to be employed and a financial appraisal of the proposed operations supported by an explanation of the data used therein;

  • Sustainability Report the annual non-financial disclosure report prepared in accordance with the Standard for Sustainability Reporting publicly reported by the Borrowers and published on an Internet or intranet website to which each Bank and the Administrative Agent have been granted access free of charge (or at the expense of the Borrowers).

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.
