Actual Index definition

Actual Index means, as of the date of determination, the "prime rate" announced in The Wall Street Journal, published on such day, or if The Wall Street Journal is not published on such day, then the "prime rate" announced in the most recently published edition of The Wall Street Journal. If the Actual Index is no longer available, Holder will choose a new index which is based upon comparable information and will give Maker notice of such new "Actual Index."

  • Initial Index Level means the closing level of the FTSE 100 on the Start Date.
