Ad hoc member definition

Ad hoc member means a committee member who is not a duly appointed Commissioner and who is appointed to serve as a non-voting committee member pursuant to the Authority’s By-laws.
Ad hoc member or “Ad Hoc Members” means an individual or individuals appointed pursuant to Section 22a-261(g) of the Act. Pursuant to the Act, the term “Ad Hoc Member” does not include Director.
Ad hoc member means any member of the Executive Committee except the democratically-elected President and Vice Presidents.
