Addiction Specialist definition

Addiction Specialist means a physician certified in the specialty of addiction medicine;

  • The EAP shall submit the Curriculum Vitae of any proposed Addiction Specialist to MLHPAC for approval as soon as practicable following notice of a violation of the Program.
